I’m currently conducting police checks and Working with Children checks on my candidates or staff. Isn’t this enough?

Working with Children and police checks doesn't take into account a social media profile. These checks only detect issues or criminal activities that are officially recorded, generally within a law enforcement arena. Social media checks show you what official records cannot capture.
